All packages will be calculated with the shipping fees automatically reflected upon checkout.
As we submit order twice a month from our suppliers (on every 14th & 28th of the month) and all the stuffs will be arrive 1 week after. However, items available in stock will be shipped on next day after the payment received.
* Only orders are no available in stock will submitted to our US supplier and shipped to customers 1 week later.
You will receive via email a tracking number from us once we ship out the goods, Online Tracking.
- Most of the products will need to IMPORT when you made an order. It will ship out as soon as it is restocked, usually within 1-2 weeks. However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first (additional charges may apply).
- We DO NOT run a live stock system, so on rare occasions, an item set to "in stock" on our website, may have sold out in the store. Therefore this item is not automatically updated on our site.
- Your order will not be process until we have received full payment.
As we all know, when you buy a magic item you are not only buying a physical product, but also a secret. For this reason we do not accept any returns unless an item is defective. And in the case an item is defective we can only offer a replacement and NOT a credit or refund. Before any replacement item is shipped out we must first verify that the item is in fact defective. We test all returned items to insure the item is actually defective.
The customer assumes responsibility for all returned product and shipping with tracking is recommended. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Delay/ Lost Shipment
Any incorrect details that may cause delays. So please check your shipping addresses are correct, especially the postcodes and your phone number are valid. If your details are incorrect, this guarantee does not apply.
The Magic Street is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Customers are responsible to track the flow of the package via a tracking number via email after we dispatch the package. However, under unforeseen circumstances, if the shipment go missing and not received the order, customers may contact Post Office via email or 1 300 300 300 and they will take appropriate action.
