The purpose of this FAQ is to answer some of the most common questions asked by visitors.

General

Q: Where is the location of your shop if we want to walk in or store pickup?
A: We don’t have any physical shop, so no walk in or store pickup provided.

Q: Do you provide COD (Cash on Delivery)?
A: No, all payment must be paid in advance. However, customers can self collect their items at Taman Impian Emas, Johor Bahru (customers will be called to collected while all items are available and full address will be given).

Q: Is this Website secure?
A: Our payment process is secured through SSL protocols using PayPal for better security of our customers. Making transaction with PayPal is totally safe. If you have additional questions about payment, please mail a question to us.


Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order by just drop an email to sales@themagicstreet.com with your order number.

Q: What is the minimum amount?
A: That is no minimum amount on each order, but the shipping fee is started from RM7 for each order (depend on weight).

Q: What should you do if you haven't received your shipment 3 days after we have shipped out the order?
A: Just drop to email to sales@themagicstreet.com and we will help to track your shipment.


Product

Q: All the items listed on the site are original?
A: Yes. If any pirated products found after ordering from us, we’ll refund 200% of the item's purchase price to the customer.

Q: Can I get discount for the few items that I ordered?
A: No. From time to time, we have tried to lower our price to the cheapest in Malaysia and currently we do not offer additional discount. However, customers still can get some promotion items at http://themagicstreet.com/index.php?main_page=specials

Q: How long should I wait for the items which are out of stock?
A: Those items are running out of stock by our supplier and we can’t promise when they will restock it. So we are no recommended customers to place order on the items which are out of stock. Meanwhile, we'll send the Gift Coupon to customers (if customers have place the order but out of stock) and customers can use the coupon on next order. * refund only if customers request


Q: Why your products are too expensive comparing to other seller?
A: We have no problem adjusting prices to match any competitor (Malaysia) before you make a purchase. In fact, if you purchase something with us and then find it cheaper somewhere else (within 2 weeks of purchase), we will credit you the difference! However, anything after the two-week grace period will not apply.

Q: How to buying with Gift Certificates/ Coupons?
A: At the checkout stage (Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information), an extra box "Apply Amount:" will appear. Enter the amount to apply from the funds in your Gift Certificate Account and just leave blank on the Redemption Code.

Q: How do I Pay?

Q: How do I confirm my orders?

Q: Can I pay after received the items?
A: No, all
order will not be process until we have received full payment.

Q: Can I bank in the amount which is multiple by RM5 due minimum note accept by ATM Deposit machine?
A: Yes, but all insufficient payment received will not be process until the full payment paid. However, extra payment received will be refund as coupon to customer account.

Q: Why the status is still pending after the payment has paid?
A: For this case, this could be
i) Customer did not email us the payment details for verification.
ii) ATM banking or online banking from other bank will take within 2-3 days for the transaction. We will only update the status once the payment received.
iii) The information for verification from customers email to us is mismatch from our bank account or database. Therefore, we will do nothing and wait for correct information given.

Q: Will TMS separate our order to ship the items in stock first and out of stock items later?
A: No. Anyway, customers can drop us an email to request separate the order, but additional shipping fee will be charged.
