How to Order

How to Create Account & Login

1. Click "My Account" at the top of page.
2. For new user, please fill up the form with your accurate particulars (the field mark with * is mandatory).
3. For returning customers, please log in using your Email Address & Password.

Why Create an Account?

- Creating a login Account with The Magic Street allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.
- Shopping made easy, no more hassle filling up lengthy order forms.
- With your required particulars we are able to process and deliver orders to your doorsteps promptly.

Shopping and Ordering

1. Select the product & quantity you wish to purchase, click Add to Cart.
2. To shop for more items click Continue.
3. To cancel any items, click Remove at your shopping cart.
4. To add the quantity of any items, enter the new quantity and click Update Cart at your shopping cart.
5. The total amount of your purchase including the postage will be displayed.
6. When you confirmed to purchase the items in your shopping cart, click Check Out.
7. Delivery Information - Your order will be shipped to the address or you may change the shipping address. Btw, please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.
8. Payment Information - Please select a payment method for this order.
9. Order Confirmation - Confirm the order in which you have chosen and also the billing and shipping address of your order. If you are satisfied with everything then click on Confirm Order button in order to process to the last step. If you are not satisfied with some of the details, and you wish to change them, you may simply click on any of the steps situated on the left hand side of the screen.
10. Your order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation from us.
11. Here it shows you the Order ID which you have been assigned, for your order. And also the information of where, you will need to make payment to. (The information is different, depending on which type of payment method you chosen).
12. All items in your shopping cart prior check out will be stored in our secured server and you can continue with your shopping at anytime you wish.

 Oversea orders:

- We provide worldwide shipment via registered post.
- Payment for overseas order is via PayPal only.

* Please note that your order will not be process until we have received full payment.
